One team for everything digital
Small businesses rarely have one digital problem at a time. Emails stop arriving and it turns out the domain expired. The contact form stops working because the website host changed PHP version. The Google listing shows an old number because nobody can log in to it. Each supplier blames the other, and you are stuck in the middle.
dijitul support takes the whole picture. If it is digital and your business relies on it, we will look at it. If it genuinely needs a specialist we do not cover, we will tell you straight away and point you in the right direction.
What we look after
- Websites: WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Joomla and more. Updates, fixes, speed, security and hacked site clean-ups. See website support.
- IT and Microsoft 365: email, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, laptops, printers and Wi-Fi. See small business IT support.
- Domains and DNS: renewals, transfers and the records that keep web and email working. See domain and DNS support.
- Google: Business Profile, Analytics, Ads and technical SEO.
- Payments: Stripe, PayPal and checkout problems. See online payments support.
- Social media: hacked pages and lost access. See social media support.

Getting your digital house in order
Many of our first jobs for a new client are the same simple tidy-up, and it prevents most future emergencies:
- Find every account: domain registrar, hosting, website admin, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Google Business Profile, Analytics, Search Console, Facebook, payment providers.
- Move ownership to the business, using a business email address, not a personal one or an ex-employee's.
- Turn on MFA everywhere it is offered.
- Store logins in a password manager that more than one person can access.
- Check renewals so domains, SSL and subscriptions do not lapse.
- Confirm backups exist for the website and email, and test one.
We document all of it, so the knowledge is not trapped in one person's head, including ours.
Typical requests we handle
To give a feel for the range, here are the kinds of jobs that land on our desk in a normal week:
- "Our website shows a critical error after an automatic update."
- "Outlook keeps asking for my password."
- "We need a new starter set up with a laptop, email and Teams by Monday."
- "Customers say our invoices are going to junk."
- "Our Google listing has the wrong opening hours and we cannot log in."
- "The Facebook page was hacked overnight."
- "A customer wants to know if we have Cyber Essentials."
- "Stripe payments are working but the orders say pending."
Different problems, one number to call.

What does dijitul support help with?
dijitul support helps UK small businesses with anything digital: websites, WordPress and WooCommerce, Microsoft 365 and email, domains and DNS, Google Business Profile, Analytics and Ads, online payments, social media access, cyber security, backups and cookie compliance. If it is outside what we do, we say so and suggest who can help.
How much does small business digital support cost?
dijitul plans are £25 a month + VAT (Essential), £50 a month + VAT (Business, with 1 hour of fixes) and £99 a month + VAT (Complete, with 3 hours and IT helpdesk). One-off fixes without a plan are £45 an hour + VAT. Larger projects are quoted.
Do I need a monthly plan, or can I just pay when something breaks?
Either works. Ad-hoc support at £45 an hour + VAT suits businesses with occasional problems. A plan suits businesses that want updates, backups and monitoring handled automatically, with priority support and included hours for regular changes. dijitul can suggest which fits after a quick conversation.
Do you work with businesses outside Nottinghamshire?
Yes. dijitul is based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, but most support is done remotely, so we work with businesses across the UK. If a job genuinely needs someone on site, we tell you upfront and quote for it before any work starts.
Can you take over from our previous web designer or IT provider?
Yes. dijitul regularly picks up websites and systems left by previous providers. We start by finding every account and login, moving ownership into your business's name, and checking backups and security. Then we document everything so you are never locked out again.
